Frequently asked questions

What Should I expect from the Initial Consultation?

In order to see if Eleanor is the right health care provider for you, you can schedule a free 15 minute phone call.

The initial consultation is split into 2 parts:

  1. The first one hour appointment is dedicated to reviewing your intake forms, questionnaires, blood lab reports and medical records. A complete Physical Nutritional Assessment would be obtained. You would share the goals you want to achieve.
  2. The second hour of your appointment would be dedicated to reviewing the personalized plan that is created for you, and discuss the steps to achieve your goals, through an appropriate diet, exercise protocol, supplement recommendation, tools for better relaxation/sleeping, and if needed, further lifestyle change recommendations. In this session we determine if you need further lab tests to be done to pin point the root cause of your health issues.

The follow up visits would be a 30 to 45 minute long consultation. During the later follow ups we may need to modify the plans as you get closer to your goal.
