The initial consultation is split into 2 parts:
The follow up visits would be a 30 to 45 minute long consultation. During the later follow ups we may need to modify the plans as you get closer to your goal.
Eleanor is a board Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS).
To become a CNS, one must earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Nutrition, have at least 1,000 clinical hours, and pass a board certification exam. The CNS credential allows me to provide nutrition therapy, evaluation, and counseling for an array of health conditions. CNS is a nationally recognized credential that is the gold standard for advanced nutrition professionals. It is listed by the US Department of Labor as an advanced nutrition credential in the definition of “Dietetics and Nutritionists” profession in its Occupational Outlook Handbook.
It depends on which program you choose to boost your health, but Eleanor works with clients for 3 months, 6 months, or 9 months.
Eleanor's office is Great Neck. For those who are far and choose to have the sessions remotely, I can also have appointments via Zoom.
Eleanor works with companies such as Metagenics, Designs for Health, and Integrative Therapeutics which use scientific manufacturing processes to create high quality ingredients for their supplements.
